Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final video deliverables for digital advertising and organic social media purposes.
Street Poller Media retains the right to display all work created in our portfolio, case studies (like this website), and social media channels for self-promotion purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
Retainers: Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of every month. Work will pause if payment is more than 5 days late.
Project Based: 50% deposit required to commence production. Remaining 50% due upon delivery of final assets.
In no event shall Street Poller Media, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
